Zhang Dejiang (ur. 4 listopada 1946 w Tai'an) − chiński polityk. Urodził się w Tai’an, należy do grupy etnicznej Han. W latach 1968-1970, w okresie rewolucji kulturalnej, zesłany na wieś w powiecie Wangqing w prowincji Jilin. W latach 1970-1972 sekretarz tamtejszego Wydziału Propagandy, w 1971 roku wstąpił do KPCh.
Zhang Dejiang (/ dʒ ɑː ŋ d ə ˈ dʒ j ɑː ŋ /; born 4 November 1946) is a Chinese retired politician who served as the chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress between 2013 and 2018. He was also the third-ranking member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party from 2012 to 2017
