Töle Biy (also Tole Bi), or Töle Älibekūly (Kazakh: Төле би Әлібекұлы, Töle bi Älibekūly) (1663, Köktuma Tract, now Shuy District, Kazakhstan - 1756, Aqburkhan-orda, now Tole Bi District, Kazakh Khanate) was the head biy of the Kazakh senior juz, as well as an author, orator, poet, politician and a public figure.
Tole Bi (Kazakh: Төле би ауданы, Töle Bi audany) is a district of Turkistan Region in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the town of Lenger. Population: 132,073 (2013 estimate); 122,721 (2009 Census results); 105,748 (1999 Census results).

Tole Bi (Kazakh: Төле би, Tóle bi), before 1992 — Novotroitskoe — village, the center of Shu District, Jambyl Region, Kazakhstan. It is the administrative center of the Tole Bi rural district (KATO code — 316630100).
16 mar 2015 · Tole bi became judge of the Senior Zhuz (Horde). He was an outstanding public figure and one of the authors of the set of law called "The Seven Laws", orator and poet. Tole bi, the son of Alibek, was born in 1663 in the place of Zhaisan, Zhambul region in an ordinary family.
